What is the cost of using Evermile?

The cost of using Evermile is structured around two main components:

Platform subscription fees: We provide a range of monthly subscription plans to suit different business needs and budgets, starting at £88/mo, with a significant discount on annual plans compared to monthly subscriptions. This allows you to select the level of service and features that best align with your business requirements, ensuring you only pay for what you need.

Delivery fees: These are based on the delivery options you select. We offer competitive rates with pre-negotiated terms through our delivery partners, and you can choose from managed delivery services, plug in your own delivery contracts, or manage in-house drivers.

Are there any additional fees or hidden charges with Evermile?

With Evermile, what you see is what you get. Our fees are straightforward:

No hidden charges: We bill weekly, making it easy to keep track.

Fair extra fees: Free 10-minute wait, small charges for extra weight (£3/kg) or size (£5/item), and returns cost the same as the delivery.

Clear costs: You're always in the loop, with no surprises on your bill.

We're all about keeping things simple and transparent, so you can focus more on your business.

Can I change my Evermile plan?

Yes, changing your subscription plan on Evermile is easy. Simply sign in, go to Settings and then into Subscription Plans, and select the new plan you need. You can switch plans anytime to match your business's evolving needs. Note that downgrading a plan will happen at the end of your current billing cycle.

What are the payment options available on Evermile?

Currently, we offer two primary payment methods:

Direct Debit (BACS): A secure and simple way to handle recurring payments directly from your bank account.

Debit/Credit Card Payment: For immediate and flexible payments, we accept most major debit and credit cards.

How can I access my billing history and invoices?

Accessing your billing history and invoices on Evermile is very simple:

Navigate to 'Payments and Billing': Look for this section under Settings in your Evermile account dashboard.

Email Invoices: We also send weekly invoices directly to your email for easy access and record-keeping.

Review order history: For a detailed look at past orders and costs, visit the History tab on your Evermile dashboard Click on any order to see a complete cost breakdown.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, but we'd be sorry to see you go! You can cancel your Evermile subscription anytime before the next billing cycle. Just sign into your account, head to Settings and then into Subscription Plans, and select Cancel Subscription. If there is any remaining time before the next billing cycle, you can continue to use the platform on your current subscription tier!
